Clubs latest outing was a bus tour to San Francisco to the treasure Island treasure fest, with a large variety of vendors, Some very high class merchandise here and alot of artisan type stuff from converted wine barrels?? into patio furniture to high end imported Tibetan rugs, leather goods etc, something for everyone ,also a good variety of food trucks to suit any pallet,after lunch in a pleasant sea breeze we boarded to bus through?? the city to redwood city ,always a pleasurable sight seeing trip when you dont have to drive and can just take in the sights, our bus driver John of storer tours did a fantastic job particularly impressed me with the 3 point turn getting our bus out of?? the treasure fest.our next stop was a fantastic perfectly presented collection of not only muscle cars,but neon signs,and everything 50’s and 60’s related and of course Roz’s perfect 50’s diner,upstairs was full on gambling with slots roulette tables ,and also great collection of music memorabilia including gold records,and guitars?? from, Eric Clapton, grateful dead, Led Zepplin, also showed a nice overview of all the cars beneath and fixtures, seemed everytime you walked through a new item would catch your eye , right down to the fully operational 1917 fully working popcorn vending machine , a fantastic place with fantastic hosts Gary and Roz?? and also Ray Adams . willing to answer any questions, it was a full day very enjoyable trip.
